Professional & Leadership Coaching
Helping high-capacity professionals navigate life's changing demands.
Life has a way of changing what it asks of us.
The strategies that once helped us succeed don't always fit the realities of the life we're living today.
Perhaps you've stepped into a leadership role. You're balancing career and caregiving. You're navigating burnout, a changing relationship, divorce, an empty nest, menopause, retirement, or simply questioning whether the life you've built still reflects who you are.
Nothing may be "wrong."
Your life has simply changed.
As our lives evolve, so do the demands placed upon us. Responsibilities multiply. Relationships become more complex. Careers require different skills. Families change. Our bodies change. The pace of life accelerates.
Growth isn't about reinventing yourself.
It's about expanding your capacity to respond to life's changing demands with greater awareness, flexibility, and intention.
That's the work we do together.
My Approach
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent more than 15 years in management consulting and capital markets, working in environments where expectations were high, complexity was constant, and performance mattered.
Throughout my career—whether consulting with organizations or working one-on-one with clients—I've been fascinated by a single question:
How do capable people continue to grow as life becomes increasingly complex?
I've found that most successful professionals don't need someone to tell them what to do.
They need a thoughtful thinking partner.
Someone who can help them slow down enough to see patterns they may have overlooked, clarify competing priorities, understand why old strategies may no longer be serving them, and make decisions that are aligned with both who they are and the realities of the life they're living today.
My coaching integrates psychological insight with practical problem-solving to help clients navigate meaningful personal and professional development.
Who I Work With
I work with thoughtful, capable professionals who are navigating significant transitions or increasing complexity.
You might be:
Stepping into greater leadership or responsibility
Navigating a career transition
Balancing professional ambition with caregiving
Recovering from burnout
Working through relationship changes, marriage, or divorce
Entering a new season of life and wondering what's next
Feeling successful on paper but increasingly disconnected from yourself
Recognizing that what used to work simply isn't working anymore
Many of my clients aren't looking for someone to motivate them.
They're looking for someone who can help them think differently.
The Next Chapter Assessment
Every coaching engagement begins with a 90-minute Next Chapter Assessment.
This isn't an intake.
It isn't a personality test.
And it isn't about identifying what's wrong.
It's an opportunity to step back from the day-to-day demands of life and understand where you are, how you got here, and what this next chapter may be asking of you.
Together we'll explore:
Your current professional and personal landscape
The opportunities and challenges you're navigating
The strengths and strategies that have contributed to your success
Where those same strategies may now be creating unnecessary costs
The competing demands you're balancing
Your values and priorities
What a meaningful next chapter could look like
Following our conversation, you'll receive a written summary highlighting key themes, observations, and recommendations for our work together.
From there, we'll decide together whether continued coaching would be valuable and what level of support best fits your goals.
Coaching
Some clients benefit from several focused sessions around a particular transition or decision.
Others choose ongoing coaching as they navigate longer-term professional or personal growth.
Rather than following a predetermined program, I tailor our work to your unique goals, challenges, and pace.
Our conversations are thoughtful, practical, and grounded in both psychological insight and real-world experience.
Therapy or Coaching?
Although both involve meaningful conversations, they serve different purposes.
Psychotherapy focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions and is available virtually to adults residing in New Jersey.
Coaching focuses on personal and professional development. It is appropriate for individuals seeking support with leadership, career transitions, major life changes, decision-making, relationships, and personal growth. Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
If you're unsure which service is the best fit, I'm happy to help you think that through.

Let's Start the Conversation
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Sometimes the most valuable outcome of an initial conversation isn't finding immediate answers.
It's gaining a clearer understanding of where you are, what life is asking of you now, and how you want to respond.
If you're ready to explore your next chapter with greater clarity and intention, I'd be glad to connect.
