Meet Tara

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in management consulting and capital markets—high-pressure environments where expectations were constant and performance mattered.

I understand what it means to be capable, driven—and quietly overwhelmed.

I now specialize in working with high-functioning women navigating the emotional and identity shifts that come with motherhood, especially when life no longer feels aligned.

Many of the women I work with are managing a great deal on the surface, while internally feeling depleted, disconnected, or unsure of themselves in ways they didn’t expect.

My work is grounded in both clinical training and real-world experience, with a focus on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

How I work

My approach is thoughtful, direct, and grounded in both clinical expertise and real-world understanding.

Rather than focusing only on surface-level coping strategies, we work to understand what’s happening underneath—emotionally, relationally, and internally.

I aim to create a space that is both supportive and honest—where you can think clearly, feel more fully, and begin to reconnect with yourself.

My aim is to keep it real. Clients often describe me as authentic, calm, perceptive, and able to see patterns clearly, while also feeling grounded and practical.
